2. Roadmap consultations

Roadmap consultations are designed to help aspiring founders, startups, and small-business owners think through business decisions before making larger commitments. Consultations may address business model clarity, launch sequencing, operational priorities, market assumptions, offer structure, documentation needs, real-estate considerations, and referral needs for licensed professionals where appropriate.

Due to current demand, roadmap consultations are typically scheduled 7–14 days in advance. Booking now reserves your place in the review queue, subject to scheduling availability through the booking platform.

3. Payment and refund policy

Roadmap consultation purchases are final once booked and paid. Each consultation requires reserved calendar time, internal preparation, review, and customized planning work. For that reason, payments are not refundable for missed appointments, late cancellations, completed consultations, or failure to provide requested information needed for the roadmap process.

If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one rescheduling request when made in advance, but rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for last-minute requests or missed appointments.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. The usefulness of a roadmap consultation depends heavily on the quality and honesty of the information provided. AJs Business Consulting LLC is not responsible for poor outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or withheld information.

5. No licensed professional advice

AJs Business Consulting LLC is not a law firm, accounting firm, broker-dealer, lender, investment adviser, insurance agency, or real-estate brokerage. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, lending, insurance, real-estate brokerage, or investment advice.
